IOWA APP - What went wrong?

The first indication that the App was built by an armature is that it doesn't have it's own Icon, It uses the default Android Icon to launch it.

To Understand why the App was built I scoured the news sites and double checked all the facts I could find.

 Looks Like the Husband of the campaign manager for Pete Buttigieg created the app.
